- Organizer:
The giveaway is organized by Valencia 5 Estrellas S.L., with registered office at C/ Bomber Ramón Duart, 12, Valencia (Valencia), CP 46013, and with CIF/NIF B-02.765.733.
2. Eligibility:
The “Roig Arena fallas” giveaway is open to persons of any place of residence and nationality, over 18 years of age at the time of participation.
Employees of Roig Arena, or any of the companies involved in the realization of this promotion, or direct family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) are not eligible to participate. The participation will be in accordance with the provisions of all applicable national, regional and local laws and regulations.
Obtaining any of the prizes will be subject to the fulfillment of all the requirements established in this document.
- Objective:
This giveaway aims to award one participant with 2 tickets to any of the active events organized by Roig Arena.
- Duration of the giveaway:
The giveaway will begin on February 28 at 06:00 am and will end on March 19 at 23:59 pm. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
- How to Participate:
To participate in the giveaway, those interested must have an Instagram account set to public mode during the period of the draw, then upload a story of the monument with the hashtag #roigarenafallas and mention @roig.arena.
- Prize:The prize will consist of:
– 2 tickets to attend any of Roig Arena’s active events to be selected from among the concerts that are announced on that date with a maximum deadline of up to February 28, 2025.
Depending on the estimated unit value, these prizes may be subject to withholding according to article 75 of Royal Decree 439/2007, of March 30, 2007, Personal Income Tax Regulations.
7. Winner Selection:
There is a single winner who will be randomly selected from among all participants who have met the established requirements. The drawing will be carried out through the EasyPromos, S.L. application on March 20, 20205 at 12:00 noon and the winner will be notified by email that same day at 12:00 noon.
- Prize Acceptance:
The winner must confirm his/her acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of notification of his/her messages via Instagram. If no response is received within the time period indicated, the prize will be assigned to another randomly selected participant, who will, in turn, have 72 hours to accept it.
- Prize Conditions:
Tickets for the event must be selected by the at times and are subject to availability and Roig Arena’s current schedule.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash value or any other benefit.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the scheduled dates or change these rules unilaterally, provided they do not prejudice the rights acquired by the participants.
- Acceptance of the Rules:
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these rules.
Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to exclude, temporarily or definitively, any participant who, due to his/her behavior, harms the good development of the DRAW or performs any type of act susceptible to be considered manipulation or falsification of the same.

The organizer of the giveaway is not responsible for:
Technical problems or failures in the network, computer system, servers, software, hardware, applications or platforms that may affect the development and participation in the giveaway.
Inaccuracies in the information provided by participants, such as incorrect or incomplete contact details, which may prevent the correct notification of the prize.
Cancellation, modification or interruption of the events for which the tickets are awarded, due to causes beyond the control of the organizer, such as schedule changes, cancellations, or force majeure situations.
Impossibility to enjoy the prize due to causes beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to, illness, availability problems, restrictions for legal or health reasons, or any other circumstance that prevents the winner from making use of the prize.
Any damage or harm derived from participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize awarded, except in cases where such damage is caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
- Jurisdiction:
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with this giveaway, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
