Parking

The Roig Arena has a parking lot with 1,034 parking spaces distributed in 8 floors.

The opening hours are from 8 am to 12am every day and can be extended on the day of the event up to 1 hour after the end of the event (access will be allowed until 23:30pm).

The parking has a cost of 0,0333€/minute if you make the payment through the App Roig Arena. You can find it at:

  • Apple Store
  • Play Store

Otherwise, it costs 0,05€/minute.

Yes, by activating the payment through the APP Roig Arena you will get approximately 30% discount, that is, 0,03€/minute (2€/hour) instead of 0,05€/minute (3€/hour).

You have 3 ways of payment:

  1. Through the APP Roig Arena.
  2. Through the QR that you will see in the different accesses/exits to the parking and in each floor.
  3. Through the ATMs located on floor 0.

Remember that to make the payment in any of the options it is necessary to enter your license plate number.

Yes, we have 2 cash machines located at level 0 entrances.

You have 2 options:

  2. Through the QR that you will find at the entrances and exits of the parking.

No, we use ticketless technology. That is, the parking opens with the reading of the license plate.

The maximum height is 2.20 meters.

There are no exclusive parking spaces for motorcycles, but you can park in any available parking space for cars.

Ticketing

When you buy a ticket, we automatically send it to the e-mail address you indicated in the purchase process. If you can’t find it, you can do the following:

  • Check your SPAM folder. Sometimes our emails are marked as “junk mail”.
  • You can see that the purchase has been successfully completed by accessing My Tickets. In your user account in Roig Arena Tickets.

The non-attendance to the event is not a reason for the refund of the ticket.

No. Until the bank details are entered and the purchase is confirmed, the ticket will not be charged. You can check your bank’s app to confirm if the payment has been charged or not, in many cases the payment is not completed correctly.

If you have not purchased the ticket, but you have a charge in your account, it is possible that it is a bank hold. That is to say, the money is still in your account, it usually lasts between 3 and 7 days.

If it has not been resolved after that time, we recommend that you contact your bank and consult them. There is a possibility that the delay may be longer depending on the bank.

If finally, the payment has been made and after a few minutes you haven’t received the ticket, do not hesitate to contact us through our form.

Some banks implement an additional security measure to make online purchases by sending a code via SMS to complete the purchase. This security code request is sent by your bank, not by our website.

If what you need is to change completely the data of your ticket, in that case you will have to make a name change, in a very simple way from this link.

Some events do not authorize the immediate delivery of tickets for security reasons and to avoid resale. In the “purchase confirmation” email that you will have received once you have made your purchase, it will specify that the tickets have not been sent yet and you will be able to see an approximate date of delivery.
