The organizer is Valencia 5 Estrellas S.L., located in C/ Bomber Ramón Duart, 12, Valencia (Valencia), CP 46013, CIF: B-02.765.733.
As a result of the restructuring process in which Valencia 5 Estrellas S.L. “in liquidation” is involved, its sole shareholder and owner, Roig Arena, LICAMPA 1617, S.L., guarantees that, in the event that Valencia 5 Estrellas S.L. “in liquidation” is liquidated, it will be L17, S.L. that assumes all the commitments attributed to Valencia 5 Estrellas S.L. “in liquidation” under these terms.
The “Dinner for Two at Roig Arena” giveaway (the “giveaway“) is open to people from any place of residence and nationality, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
Employees of Roig Arena, as well as employees of any companies involved in the execution of this promotion, and their family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate. Participation is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including national, regional, and local provisions.
The awarding of any prize is conditional upon the fulfillment of all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
The purpose is to award one participant with 2 tickets to attend any of the active events organized by Roig Arena, as well as a dinner for two persons at Roig Arena.
The giveaway will start on November 28th and end on November 30th. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
Participants must submit their full name, surname, and email address via Typeform.
The prize consists of:
2 tickets to attend any of Roig Arena’s active events during the period between September 2025 and June 2026.
A dinner for two at Roig Arena during the period between September 2025 and June 2026.
Depending on the estimated unit value, these awards may be subject to withholding according to article 75 of Royal Decree 439/2007, of March 30th, 2007, Personal Income Tax Regulations.
There will be one winner, who will be randomly selected from all participants who have met the eligibility requirements. The giveaway will take place on December 10, 2024, and the winner will be notified by email on the same day at 8:00 PM.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of the notification. If no response is received within this time, the prize will be awarded to another randomly selected participant, who will have 48 hours to accept it.
The tickets for the events are subject to availability and the event schedule at Arena.
The dinner for two must be consumed within the period between September 25 and June 26, starting from the date of the prize notification.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway in whole or in part in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond the organizer’s reasonable control that may affect the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.
The organizer also reserves the right to change the scheduled dates or amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally, provided such amendments do not negatively affect the rights of participants who have already entered the giveaway.
Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude, either temporarily or permanently, any participant whose behavior harms the fair conduct of the giveaway or who engages in any action that could be considered manipulation or tampering with the giveaway.
The organizer will not be liable for:
Technical issues or failures in the network, computer systems, servers, software, hardware, applications, or platforms that may affect the development or participation in the giveaway.
Inaccuracies in the information provided by participants, such as incorrect or incomplete contact details, that may prevent the proper notification of the prize.
The cancellation, modification, or interruption of events for which tickets are awarded, due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, such as changes in scheduling, cancellations, or force majeure events.
The inability to enjoy the prize for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to, illness, availability issues, legal or health-related restrictions, or any other circumstance preventing the winner from using the prize.
Any damage or loss resulting from participation in the raffle or the use of the awarded prize, unless such damage is caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
